By using this website, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site. These terms govern the website only — they do not form part of, and do not vary, any written quotation or purchase order agreed with us separately.

This site presents our product range and the capabilities available through selected manufacturing partners so that business buyers can make an enquiry. Drogé manages the commercial brief, specification, approved sample and production coordination. It is not a shop: there is no checkout, no online payment and no facility to place a binding order through this website.

Product information, specifications, minimum order quantities and lead times shown on this site are indicative and for guidance only. A binding commitment arises only from a written quotation issued by us and accepted in writing, and from the terms of that quotation.

Where a specification is listed as one you define at quotation, that value is not published on this site and is only binding once it is stated in a written quotation.

Photographs show representative products. Finish, handle pattern and set composition are configurable per order, so the item you receive is what appears in your approved sample and quotation, not necessarily what appears in a photograph on this site.

Unless a specific order states otherwise in writing, instruments are supplied non-sterile. Sterilisation, validation and fitness for a particular clinical use are the responsibility of the party placing the product on the market and of the end user.

Regulatory classification, registration and market authorisation vary by territory and are the responsibility of the party importing or placing the product on that market. Nothing on this site should be read as a claim that a product is approved, registered or certified for any particular market.

This site is intended for businesses — distributors, wholesalers, brands and procurement teams. It is not intended for consumers or for single-unit retail purchases.

If you submit a logo, brand name, packaging artwork or other material for us to apply to your order, you confirm that you own it or are authorised to use it, and that using it as you instruct does not infringe anyone else's trade mark, copyright or other rights. You are responsible for that material; we apply it as supplied and do not review it for third-party rights.

An evaluation sample is charged at production and courier cost only and credited against your first order, as described on the samples page. Requesting or receiving a sample commits neither party to a further order.

The content, photography and layout of this site belong to us or are used with permission, and may not be reproduced for commercial purposes without written consent. Artwork, drawings and specifications you send to us remain yours; we use them only to quote and to produce your order.

Where a widely used instrument pattern name appears (for example a standard curette designation), it is used descriptively to identify a geometry. It does not imply any affiliation with, endorsement by, or origin from any other manufacturer or brand owner.

We may update, change or remove content on this site, including product information and this page, at any time without prior notice.

This website is provided as available. We take care to keep it accurate but do not warrant that it is uninterrupted, error-free, or fit for a particular purpose. Where something you need to rely on is not confirmed on this site, ask us in writing before you act on it.

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for loss arising from reliance on information on this site in the absence of a written quotation, or for indirect or consequential loss connected with your use of the site.
