Private label & OEM

Made unmistakably
yours.

You choose the products, the marking, the finish and the packaging. Drogé manages production and packing through selected Sialkot manufacturing partners, against the specification and sample you approve.

Three identical dental elevator handles, each laser-marked with a different brand name and product code

The transformation

A catalogue pattern becomes your product.

  4. Your range

What is configurable

Four areas you control.

Send your specification

01 — Branding

Your name on the instrument.

Brand name, product code and country-of-origin marking are laser-applied to the handle. You supply the artwork and brand guidelines; position, size and depth are agreed before the run.

Marking positions are set from your artwork and proofed on the sample.

02 — Product specification

Specify every product independently.

Each line in your range carries its own specification. Tip geometry, handle pattern, finish, instrument size and set composition are configured product by product, not applied across a catalogue.

  4. 4Opposite end — second working tip

03 — Packaging

Bulk through to retail-ready.

Standard bulk packing, individual or branded pouches, branded boxes and presentation cases, or sterilisation cassettes with identification panels. Barcodes and custom labels are applied to your artwork.

04 — Programme support

A programme built to repeat.

Structured sample approval before production, repeat orders run against the approved reference, export documentation coordinated with your forwarder, and a single point of contact for the account.

A repeat order is produced against the sample approved before the first run.

Approval journey

From brief to dispatch.

  1. 01

    Specify

You send the product list, branding and packaging brief. We return a costed specification.

    Moves on when: Quotation accepted

  2. 02

    Sample

A sample is produced to that written specification, with your marking proofed on it.

    Moves on when: Sample approved

  3. 03

    Approve

The approved sample and artwork become the reference for the run.

    Moves on when: Reference locked

  4. 04

    Produce and pack

Production runs against that reference, then packs to your artwork.

Moves on when: Released to your forwarder

Commercials

Costed around the programme you are building.

Minimum quantity
Calculated per line, from the pattern and configuration you selected. An existing geometry starts lower than a new tip form requiring development.
Lead time
Confirmed with the specification, because branding, packaging and finish all shape the schedule.
Sample scope
Cost, branding on the sample and freight are agreed before development starts.
Technical review
Geometry, finish and packaging are reviewed against your brief before we quote. Anything needing tooling is identified then.
