Privacy policy

Drogé Dental ("Drogé", "we", "us") operates this website and is the data controller for personal data submitted through it. This policy explains what happens to information sent through the quotation, sample and general enquiry forms. It does not cover anything else the business does outside this site.

Only what you type into a form: your company name, contact name, job title, business email, phone number, country, website, business type, target market, the products and quantities you are asking about, your branding and packaging requirements, any files you attach, and your message.

Your shortlist is stored in your own browser (local storage) so it survives a page reload. It is not sent to us until you submit an enquiry or sample request, and clearing your browser data removes it.

To prevent abuse of our forms, we briefly note the IP address a submission comes from for rate-limiting. This is held in server memory only, cleared automatically, never written to our database, and never shared with anyone.

Where UK GDPR, EU GDPR or a similar law applies to you, we process your enquiry on the basis of the consent you give when you tick the form's consent box, and our legitimate interest in responding to a business enquiry you have initiated. We do not collect special category data and do not carry out automated decision-making or profiling.

To read your enquiry, prepare a quotation, and reply to you. That is the whole purpose. We do not sell your details, share them with third parties for marketing, or add you to a marketing list on the basis of an enquiry.

We do not sell personal data. We share it only where handling your enquiry requires it: with the manufacturing partner producing your order, once one is placed, so far as needed to produce it; with the service providers who host our enquiry database and send our emails on our behalf, who are permitted to use it only to provide that service to us; and where disclosure is required by law.

Drogé is based in Pakistan, and the service providers who host our data and send our emails operate internationally. Your information may therefore be processed in a country other than the one you are in, including Pakistan. We use providers who are contractually required to protect your information to a standard consistent with this policy.

Enquiries are retained for as long as needed to handle the enquiry and any resulting commercial relationship, plus whatever period applicable business and tax record-keeping requires. If you would like your enquiry deleted, ask us and we will confirm what we have removed.

Artwork, drawings, specifications and purchase orders you attach are used only to answer your enquiry. If your files are commercially sensitive and you would prefer a signed confidentiality agreement before sending them, ask us first — that is a reasonable request and we would rather you made it.

We take reasonable technical measures to protect what you send us, including encrypted transmission and access limited to those who need it to handle your enquiry. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

This site does not set advertising or tracking cookies. If privacy-conscious analytics are added in future, this policy will be updated to say what is measured before it goes live.

If UK GDPR, EU GDPR or a similar law applies to you, you have the right to ask what personal data we hold about you, to have inaccurate data corrected, to have it deleted, to restrict or object to certain processing, to receive a copy of it in a portable format, and to withdraw consent at any time where consent is the basis for processing. To exercise any of these, use the contact details below. If you are not satisfied with our response, you have the right to complain to your local data protection authority.

This site is intended for business use and is not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect personal data from anyone under 16.

If this policy changes materially, the updated version is published on this page with a new "last updated" date above.
